About the Book
A book full of gluten, dairy, sugar and yeast free recipes created from Alison Beadles experience of living gluten dairy, sugar and yeast free. Sugar free recipes are primarily fructose free too so ideal for diabetics or those following low sugar diets. Recipes range from quick 10 minute dinners to profiteroles and includes chocolate. The recipes are made from a wide variety of alternative ingredients so something to suit most people. All recipes have been tested on sugar eaters and enjoyed. Alisons aim, to prove that life is sweet without the sugar.
