My name is Jenner Southerland, a 40-something, single, late-blooming entrepreneur. Approximately 7 years ago, I was working a dead end customer service job for a financial services company when our entire department was laid off! It turned out to be a HUGE blessing! I used my new found freedom to open a Personal Chef business. Also with that new freedom, I decided to travel more. My first destination: Florence, Italy. I immediately fell in love! While I love cooking for my wonderful clients from around the world, Florence is now my passion! I have started yearly tours of Tuscany through my business so people can discover Tuscany as a local, not a tourist. Many people dream of traveling to Tuscany, I hope this book helps to fuel those dreams to eventually make them come true.
