Triumphant singing and joyous music chased the waning sun over the beautiful rolling mountains of Samaria, Israel. The long train of celebration moved around the mountainside, with teenage boys dancing and fathers bouncing smiling children on their shoulders, escorting the precious Torah Scroll to it's new home. The scene was striking. The story behind it all even more so.
