About the Book
Prahran Square, misleadingly referred to as “public parkland” by Stonnington Council, comes with a $70 million-plus price tag. Predictably, after so much noise and disruption suffered by the local community during the project’s two-year building process, the opening of Prahran Square in December 2019 met with a cold reception. These images were taken in December 2019 and January 2020.
