Patty Cimlov-Zahares is an award-winning graphic designer and creative director who lives in San Jose, California with her husband, Mike. Over the last 34 years, they have shared their lives with three rescued Golden Retrievers. After losing sweet Riley to cancer, Patty thought she'd write a short tribute to keep Riley's memory alive. As she looked through photos and began to write, Patty became driven by Riley's spirit and soon a short tribute turned into a 176-page journal filled with love and humor. She knows this book is not going to be a Pulitzer Prize winner, but hopes instead it will win your heart.
