One of the intentions and prayers while Peter and I were putting the book together was to spread peace, encourage creativity, and empower others to live a purposeful, spiritual, and blessed life. Peter and I both strongly believed that everyone has a story and everyone has a right to their journey on this Earth. We really wanted the book to be a beacon of light in the darkness giving hope to the hopeless, vibrant possibility to the apathetic, and empowerment for people to live out their days peacefully attuned to what God created them to actually be. The following is a quote that Peter and I held dear to our hearts from Rainer Maria Rilke that was the inspiration for the book's title. “Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer.” The book is really about this wisdom. It is an expression of art merging with poetry merging into prayer and holding space for faith, hope, and love.
