About the Book
This is a Whole Food Plant Based Vegan cookbook. Classic recipes ie: BBQ, Spaghetti, Chili, Lasagna BBQ Ribs, Mac n Cheese, Burgers, Potato Salad, Fajitas, Meatloaf and Sloppy Joes. The emphasis is cooking with banana peels and reducing waste. Recipes using carrots, potatoes and zucchini in their skins are also included.
