About the Book
David Collins understands the allure of the archetype: the divine that exemplifies perfection. His haunting tableaus re-interpret the iconic in an attempt to understand modern concepts of the masculine, and of the human experience.
David’s created worlds are infused with sensuality.
His work considers the ever-changing aesthetics of human beauty, and celebrates the transient glory of youth.
Each frame is a stepping-stone, a breathtaking tribute to the artist’s complex understanding of self. We, the audience, are transfixed—held spellbound by the multifaceted, sublime vision that constitutes his journey.
