Heaven is a concept that has helped a lot in expanding Christianity. Every believer craves to see heaven the same way Jews in the time of Jesus wanted to see the Messiah. Heaven is the last hope for believers the same as the Messiah was for Jews.
Heaven and the Messiah have been terribly misunderstood in those two beliefs or religions. The Creator overlooked those ignirances because it was his will to keep those two projects (The Messiah and Heaven) beyond human understanding untill they have been realized.
