I was born in NJ, into a large Italian Roman Catholic Family. I learned how to cook from my dad who owned a restaurant, and by experimenting on my own when I got my first apartment. I have owned a TV repair shop, worked in Retail Sales, am a Custom Framer, and currently work for a German Import Vacuum company as a technician. I love to bike, hike, snow shoe, read, cook, and travel. I've been to all of the 50 states and many countries, but am anxious to see more. I enjoy all types of music but mostly 50's and 60's rock. I enjoy helping others, volunteering, sharing experiences with others and trying to make the world a better place for others. I belong to a local cooking club where we share a pot luck once a month and visit different cuisine style restaurants to expand our knowledge of world cooking. I am currently single and live with a room-mate and 3 cats.
