When our lives have been turned upside down, for whatever reason, we may feel confused and lost. Whether you take the initiative to make this change or if it is something that is forced upon you, it can be a challenge to feel at peace again. The first thing to do, when your life is turned upside down, is to look at the facts. Even if you feel lost. I want to remind you: it's okay not to feel strong, feel completely lost, or shaken. This is not a bad thing and it is actually, most often, quite healthy to know and recognize these strong emotions.
