This book provides prompts for every day of a year. With no dates included, you can start your doodling journey any time you want. The prompts are meant to give you ways to practice doodling without the hassle of coming up with what to draw on your own.

Each week includes seven prompts (one for each day of the week). The beginning of the book has prompts with a 3-Step process and space for you to copy the instructions. Each week also has a page of half grid/half dotted paper to use for additional practice. As the weeks progress, the instruction becomes less obvious and instead gives an example and more space to doodle. The last two weeks are the most individualized, but by completing the prompts before them, you'll be ready for the challenge.

Feel free to complete these prompts in any way you choose. You can go in order or skip around if you feel comfortable doing it that way.

This book is meant to be used. Don't be afraid to draw in it, but be sure to keep an additional journal for doodles so you can extend your practice space. Use these prompts as a starting point. Add details and shading. Draw these more than once and develop your own style by putting your own spin on them. Remember, these prompts are meant to get you started.
