Municipalities are challenged with a growing legacy of aging park infrastructure and changing community demographics and needs. This collection of research and design proposals from the graduate landscape architecture program at the University of Toronto asks: What type of environmental, infrastructural, social, economic and cultural mappings, inventories, concepts, and visualizations are necessary to reveal the untapped potentials of underutilized suburban parks outside of Toronto’s primary core?
