Through working and playing with my grandchildren I became aware of how much they learnt from books and this is partly where my inspiration came from to write this book I hope that other children will enjoy reading the story so that I can continue with other stories in the future. After several months of practice I managed to do the water colours and drawings myself as I had no previous experience of painting, and to get them done professionally was too expensive. It took a considerable amount of patience and determination to complete this book but I was really impressed with the final result.
