About the Book
The Victoria Neighbourhood Association (VNA) is an active residents’ group in Central
Christchurch, New Zealand. We researched the history of our area and collected photos of all houses and other buildings from the 1980s to 2018 (with a few photos even further back). We wanted to capture and celebrate our special, eclectic neighbourhood as a record for ourselves and others to enjoy. Images focus on the changes to ‘our little corner of the world’ since the Millennium and the 2010 – 2011 Christchurch earthquakes.
