    About the Book

    Edit

I Celebrate Chinese New Year describes three traditional holidays and festivals including Chinese New Year, the Dragon Boat Festival, and the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival. Although these festivals began in China hundreds of years ago, they are now celebrated all over the world by both Chinese people and people of all nationalities.

I Celebrate Chinese New Year also offers a unique perspective on these traditional Chinese holidays and festivals because it is made up of interviews and illustrations collected from Chinese Americans and Chinese Citizens. You too can celebrate the Chinese New Year, Dragon Boat Festival, and Mid-Autumn Moon Festival by reading this book and completing the activities.
