    Stephan Hitchins (a.k.a. The Design Thinker) is skilled in Design Thinking, Creative Strategy, Participatory Design, Service Design and Visual Communications. He has over 25 years experience in the design and advertising industry. Key interests are complex problem-solving through human-centred design, expanding critical thinking in teams via collaboration. Increasing the flow of knowledge exchange between individuals through strategic leadership. In combination with this Stephan is passionate about education and expanding cognitive flexibility via the use of digital platforms and eLearning. Stephan has a Bachelor of Design, Master of Design Futures, Postgraduate studies in eLearning and a MBA. Currently he is undertaking a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) focused on Design Thinking. Stephan lectures in Design Thinking, Strategic Branding, Creative Entrepreneurship and Cross Cultural Design.
