The legacy of quality art instruction has grown from this “good seed” of Principia’s founding inspiration. Art faculty, like all Principia faculty, have been challenged with this “larger purpose” in the education of students, and art faculty have benefitted from unwavering support from Trustees, administration, students, and alumni for substantive art teaching. The new Voney Art Center is evidence of this ongoing generous legacy.
