The granite busts (with six-story heads) of four presidents (Washington, Jefferson, Roosevelt, and Lincoln) perched atop Mount Rushmore to remind us of our American heritage, pale in comparison to the inspiration one gets from the love and dedication displayed by on man and his family for the carving of a mountain into an 540-foot, in-the-round statue of chief Crazy Horse and his horse, depicting his epic answer to the question of where his lands are now that he has been defeated.
