Based on a true story, "Spotty Returns" was written and illustrated by 5-and-a-half year old Kaden Swallow (with a little help from his mom). When a special little ladybug appears at the breakfast table, Kaden is thrilled to have a new friend. Spotty continues to delight Kaden for several weeks through the summer, always appearing at his place-setting at the breakfast table. Until one morning...Spotty is gone! Kaden and his Mommy look everywhere for Spotty. Will they find her? Will she return?
