This Anthology I: Strategic Studies is the first issue of the
Canadian Centre for Strategic Studies’ Anthologies series, an
occasional academic publication. The objective of the
Anthologies series is to collect and publish the best articles
submitted to the CCSS, grouped into specific themes.
Established in 2016, the Canadian Centre for Strategic Studies
is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote and
encourage academic research in the fields of strategic and
military studies, causes of war and peace, and international
relations; to seek to publish research papers on these subjects, and
to recognize exceptional scholarly work. The CCSS strives to reach
a wide audience, including academics, researchers, and policymakers.
