Samantha Nelson is a primary school teacher from a small, country town in Northern Victoria. Born in 1990, Samantha has been an animal lover from a very young age. Inspired by reading children's books in the classroom everyday, she finally decided to write one of her own. Her aim is to write stories that ignite a children's love of reading, whilst also creating valuable teaching moments. Her much loved greyhound Milly is the inspiration behind her first book and the greyhound adoption program is a cause very close to her heart. She dreams of a day when greyhound racing ends and these beautiful creatures find the loving homes that they deserve.
