Colorblind Minds and Kaleidoscope Hearts is centered around mental illness in hopes of spreading awareness.
It can be hard for someone to cling to happiness when they are so lost and full of hopelessness that their mind is kept in the dark and colorblind to all the beautiful things life has to offer. No matter how hard they want to see them, their mind gets in the way and only sees shades of black and white. It’s difficult to connect with anyone or anything when your heart is constantly changing directions and hasn’t taught itself how to keep your happiness and stability around long enough for you to truly enjoy the beautiful moments.
I’ve had the incredible experience of being able to relate to and help so many wonderful, strong people with my words. I would like to dedicate this book to all of my supporters who have helped me tremendously on my journey to overcoming the battle between myself and my mind and heart.
