Lou graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BS (Physics) and MA (Teaching), earned a writers certificate (Yavapai College), computer graphics certificate (Coconino Community College, 2020) and has been in education since 1972. He is past president of NAMA School of Chung Do Kwan. He is most proud of being a Dad and editor of the "Life of Jamie Times". He has also authored six self published books as gifts for important people in his life.
