We are a collection of women that come from different cultures, raised in different circumstances, varying education systems, and given different opportunities—each of us with our own strengths and weaknesses. We are all on our own path, but for a brief moment our paths crossed in South Korea, teaching English in the global climate of 2016.

Each of these women came to South Korea with a unique lens with which they view the world. In these pages they tell honest stories—their truth—about their experiences. These stories aren’t the only ways to experience living in South Korea or living abroad. It is merely a snapshot of our lives, because in a moment everything will change.
