This book contains a pictorial account of my 2016 trek up to the Everest Base Camp, starting from mystical Kathmandu to the starting line of Everest ascent proper. It is one thing to read about the various mountaineering feats in the Himalayas and it is certainly a whole different experience to actually walk a segment of the path, albeit the easiest bits (for the climbers at least).
