    I grew up in Columbus, Mississippi. I attended Mississippi University for Women where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in elementary education and a Master's Degree in gifted studies. I married in 1995 and moved to Carrollton, AL.. I have two healthy and happy children who are growing up fast. I have a sixteen year old daughter and an eleven year old son. I quit teaching in 2001 to stay at home with my daughter. I love being a wife and mother. That has been my calling. I have recently gone back to work part time at a gift shop in Columbus, Mississippi.
