Cheryl Donegan's EXTRA LAYER is a collection of outerwear commissioned by the New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York City as the culmination of her 2017 exhibition, "Scenes+ Commercials" at the museum. This zine documents the fashion show of the collection on April 7, 2016.
