Tracce Urbane
Ho inteso intraprendere, con questa mia ricerca, un percorso solitario che mi conducesse nel contesto urbano di Roma, come di altre città, per cogliere gli aspetti meno conosciuti e spesso più autentici offerti dallo scorcio di un paesaggio, da un particolare iridescente di una strada, da angolature e punti di vista innovativi. Ho cercato di aprire tante piccole finestre che si affaccino su questo cammino rappresentato da realtà urbane e periferiche, naturali ed astratte. La storia degli uomini e delle donne che vivono in questi luoghi viene raccontata e raffigurata attraverso segni, simboli, impronte. È una storia diversa. Gli uomini e le donne non sono gli attori principali, ma le comparse che restano di buon grado dietro il sipario. Le loro tracce, tangibili ed evidenti, parlano per loro, divengono testimonianza degli accadimenti quotidiani"

Urban Tracks
"I have intedended to undertake, through my research, a solitary path towards Rome’s as well as other cities’ urban context, to discover the less known and yet often most authentical aspects offered by the glimpse of a landscape, the iridescent detail of a road, the innovativepoints of view. I have tried to open little windows overlooking this path represented by urban and peripheral areas, both natural and abstract. The history of women and men living in these places is told and shown through signs, symbols and footprints. It’s a different history. And yet the men and women are not the main actors, but the bit-players willing to remain behind the curtain. Their tracks, tangible and evident, speak for them, and become testimony of the day by day occurrences."
