Correspondence to and from SQD/Ldr H Woodhatch and his friend Freda Barnett and other family members from September 1940 to June 1945
The letters were found in 2011, 66 years after the end of WW2. They convey a sense of the time: from excitment to sadness, from hope to despair, from pride to modesty, all illustrated in an unfolding story.
