In late 2008 Brother Robert Werle of Christian Brothers University in Memphis approached the Memphis Camera Club with a proposal for a series of single artist or small group exhibits. Tom Richey, Allen Sparks, and Joe Sullivan decided to form a group which Tom aptly named The Three Photographers. The group applied for one of the exhibitions and submitted a body of work to the club which was accepted and formed the basis of the first of these single artist exhibits. Assembling the show proved to be an exciting and, frankly, a fun endeavor. Each member of the group is an avid outdoorsman and naturalist and each brings his own unique perspective to the effort. This book represents a compendium of the photographic images which "The Three Photographers ……. in search of……. GOD’S WINGED CREATURES” chose to represent their views of God’s creation.
