Gloria Roubal is a "creative": a graphic designer, illustrator, letterer, painter, writer, and musician/singer/songwriter. She is also a spiritual seeker and meditator who cares deeply about reducing the suffering in the world and believes that it has to begin with compassion toward oneself, including one's feelings. Her book, EMOTION CREATURES, is a personal project that she is sharing with the world in the hope that it will help others become more in touch with and accepting of their own feelings.
