The Eco-Cubby project places architects and building designers in schools and kindergartens across Victoria. The project aims to raise awareness of sustainability issues through design thinking, making and building. Eco-Cubby is a starting point for schools, kindergartens and their communities to develop and promote sustainability in accessible and practical ways. The themes and concepts behind the project encourage children to take action to ensure the health of their environment. This book celebrates children as competent and capable designers of sustainable architecture.
