On a damp and grey Sunday afternoon, Daniel Nurgitz takes a wrong turn and stops on a bridge to survey his surroundings. There, he finds a thought-provoking message spray-painted across a cement barrier. The words "Remember NATURE" become ingrained in his mind. Inspired to heed the command, Daniel decides that his new mission is to immerse himself in nature and to share his experiences with others through photography.

Using weekend adventures with his children as an excuse to explore and photograph the world around him, Daniel seeks out nature wherever he can. He searches in parks, forests, backyards and even in the cracks of the sidewalk.
