The project Xylinum contained an extensive research process which produced a wide variety of material samples. To make both the process and the results accessible for a bigger audience I made a book, which I divided into two sections. One section shows the results of crafting techniques used on bacterium cellulose. The other illustrates the tests with the coating process in the culture medium. Each section is structured from simple to more complex use of the material.
