Ingo Jezierski has been living and working in Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand) for almost 30 years. He was running his own photo studio in Singapore, where he was doing corporate projects for local and international clients with emphasis on annual reports and company brochures. In addition, he worked on projects for publishers, in particular for the famous APA Insight Guides. During this time he started already contributing to local stock photo agencies and later to international companies like The Image Bank, Corbis and Getty Images.
During this time in Asia he made several visits to the 'paradise' island of Bali and was from the beginning enchanted with this island and its unique people and culture.
After returning to his home city of Berlin, he felt it was time put together a collection of his favourite images of this beautiful island. The result is this book 'Bali Indah' (Beautiful Bali). Some images were shot on film in 2000, but most were done digitally in 2006.
