Sofia Morozova is a highschool student from South Iredell who has a love for art. This is her first time creating and illustrating a children’s book. She wrote this book to give thanks to the nonprofit organization called the YMCA because she has volunteered there for 6 years. Sofia has read Russian and Spanish poems and that reflects upon her style. In her short lifespan of 16 years, Sofia has traveled half the globe, lived in 4 countries, spoke 3 languages and she still hopes to pursue new areas in the future.
