A retelling of the Norwegian fairy tale of the Lindworm Prince.

Once upon a time there was a barren Queen, who turned to magic to bear a child and in the process cursed her kingdom with the wrath of a cruel and hungry dragon, the Lindworm, which shares a unique connection with Eira, daughter of the palace gardener. Coiled in the heart of the castle, the worm demands to be married, but every bride presented to him is devoured on the wedding night. Only Eira stands between the dragon and the people she cares for the most. Her magic is strong enough, if only she is strong enough to use it.
