What could go wrong on a cruise on the Azamara Quest? Lots! Pre-cruise stay at the hotel where SARS started. A 24 hour monsoon with big waves. A fire in the engine room leaving us drifting in the Sulu Sea. The US navy and Philippine Coast Guard came to ward away pirates. We still manage to have fun in Singapore. Would you go back on the same ship? What else could go wrong? Nothing major but we were struck by lightning on the last night - all the radar were fried leaving us stranded in Monte Carlo. Not a bad place to be stranded.
