About the Creator
Billy Joe Hoyle was born in 29 Palms, California and raised in Orlando, Florida. Hoyle graduated from The Southeast Center for Photographic Studies in 1998 and was featured as one of the top U.S. college photographers in the March Issue of Shutterbug Magazine. He received a Leica award in 2000. Hoyle spent six months documenting life in Pakistan in 2001. These photos were part of the 2004 book "America Divided: A Journal to War". Billy Joe Hoyle currently lives in New York City.
