These are notes from my True Self to my false self that I jotted down over the course of a year. I am sharing them with you as they've helped me to see that my false self exists only in my mind. It is my hope that these words can do the same for you. But remember, these are words, only words. Don't look for the Truth in the words. Let the words point you to the Truth.

All ideas you may have about yourself are just that, ideas. But there Is an Idea that is prior to your ideas. Your ideas are mental constructs, or, as the dictionary has it, "formulated thoughts or opinions." But Idea, also defined, Is "a transcendent entity that is a real pattern of which existing things are imperfect representations."

May you come to know your True Self as beyond formulated thoughts and opinions to the Transcendent Entity that You Are!
