    Anoushka is sixteen and has studied the mysteries of levitation and is able to fly. She is forced to marry young King Davros of Pharsalia, a fabled Land rich in gold as both their Countries are brought to the brink of war by power hungry Prince Percival, Anoushka’s evil Cousin plans to kill them and rule their Kingdoms. As Queen, Anoushka confronts many problems at the hands of Davros’ Mother, Queen Drusilla, who expects to continue ruling Pharsalia with her 18-year old son, Davros. He abolishes slavery as a wedding gift to Anoushka which infuriates Drusilla who believes Davros has been bewitched. Anoushka has vowed to fight injustice and slavery and is plunged into a maze of Court intrigues and murderous plots, as the Palace heaves with spies from warring nations, which covet the gold, as do the rebels, who are against the abolition of slavery. The young couple are deeply in love and become the Parents of twin Sons, Lucas and Ajax. But… Alas, the Goddess Nemesis has put an evil curse upon one of them when they were born. Only Anoushka knows this, which is a great burden for her to bear alone with only the greatest power on Earth: Love.Will she prevail?

    Marbella, Spain

    Born in London, Catherine de Wolfe studied music and voice (coloratura) at the Guild Hall, London. She appeared in Lionel Bart’s West End Production of ‘Oliver’ conducted by Sir Marcus Dodds at the New Theatre, now the Albury Theatre; Portia: “The Merchant of Venice.”, Princess Tuptim in ‘The King and I’; and as Rachel, the daughter of ‘Nathan The Wise’ at the Theatre in Round, Croydon. She also appeared in several movies: ‘The Strange World of Planet X’, ‘Passport to Shame’, ‘The High Terrace’, ‘On the Fiddle’, Casino Royale’ and ‘The Great Catherine’. The latter two were nominated for awards at the Cannes Film Festival. Television appearances include the series ’Adam Adamant’, plus ‘The Dora Brian Show’ and ‘The Vic Oliver Show’. Now living in Marbella, she has started writing children’s fiction.
