Like a precious jewel, Love has myriads of facets; from the brightest, which dazzles the eye with its brilliance, to the mystery that lay within the depths of its darkest hues. Very few know what Love is; many abuse it, like Lady Nordana, who only loves herself. Anoushka´s love for Truth holds the clarity and beauty which spurs her on her quest to fight injustice and slavery. Prince Percival loves power and is willing to murder his family to gain the throne. Acrimon loves gold, and uses his powers of sorcery to attain it. Tiye, the Empress of Egypt, craves to possess more magical powers, while her arch-rival and enemy Merwet, the High Priest of Amun, will kill for his love for the old Religious Laws. But, who is the double agent, whose insatiable ambition drives him to out-wit the most powerful man in the world- the illustrious Pharoah and his beautiful Queen? Within the Egyptian Court at Thebes; Anoushka finds herself enmeshed in the intrigues which haunt the corridors of power and enables her to save, not only the Empress’s life, but Karl´s and her own, by using her amazing powers. She then discovers the greatest power of all.... which is Love.
