About the Book
Trois jours à Paris is a photographic celebration of the culture, The Seine and the urban landscapes of this most beautiful city. In a combination of Bresson-like street photography and careful composition, each image is carefully chosen to interpret the soft pastel hues and warm, coated culture that clothes Paris in winter. Chris Hayden's work is strongly focused on geometric shapes, colorful patterns, facial expressions, and artistic details. There is a special section which goes behind the scenes of the Eiffel and there is also a focus on The Seine. In addition, several black and white images set off this book as one to be enjoyed by yourself and visitors alike. A not to be missed celebration of Paris in Winter.

About the Creator
Dad was a war photographer and an artist. His love for the outdoors and taking photos was my inspiration to also pick up a camera - back in the 1970's when film and darkrooms were so de rigueur . I love photographing people relating to their personal spaces; as well as capturing the beauty of landscapes and architecture. Many times, I am compelled to photograph strong geometric patterns that result from the interplay of color, light and shapes. I hope those who view my photos enjoy the interesting visual connections I have made. As well as high school teaching I also love wedding photography. My photographic work has been published in Sweden, Japan and New Zealand.
