This tour takes us from the teeming metropolis of New York City, through wooded Pennsylvania, visit the Amish people in Ohio, across the prairie in Indiana, and the great city of Chicago in Illinois. And yet we are not halfway! Throughout northern states Minnesota, South and North Dakota to one of the tour's highlights; Norwegian Fall Fest in Minot, North Dakota.
