It is most golfers dream to visit and play golf in the United Kingdom. This book chronicles in picture form the trials and tribulations of six golfers from Madison, Wisconsin as they play the classic open championship courses in Scotland and North West England prior to four of them returning to the US. The remaining two (1 US and 1 Welsh born) continue on their golf journey by playing on some of the lesser known, but still outstanding courses in Wales (site of the 2010 Ryder cup). The trip (courses, car hire, and accommodation) was organized by the author (theriddler1226@yahoo.com) and cost considerable less than the trips organized by travel companies.
