Howard Pugh (Marais) is a design, lifestyle & travel photographer, with gettyimages*. A creative role following media trends. His books are about influence, nature and moments. He moved to London in 1985 where he later assisted Spencer Rowel with his Athena Poster image that sold five million copies: Man and Baby (L'Enfant): http://collections.vam.ac.uk/item/O1239964/lenfant-poster-rowell-spencer/ . Howard's career began photographing the dancers and performers at Sun City, South Africa. He studied at the Natal technikon, Durban, South Africa. Born in Bulawayo, Howard was a third generation colonial in what was Rhodesia, Southern Africa.
