Born and raised in New Zealand to parents who understood the value of art and the effort that goes into it. Encouraged by my friends and family after years as a chef, first in the Army then from 1985 in and around Brisbane. With a brief stint in central Queensland, running my own restaurant. Now with my years advancing I have successfully completed Dip Photo imaging & graphic design. Building my own photography business. My main area of interest is in landscape photography, showcasing the wonderful area we call the Sunshine Coast. I also love dealing with people and get a kick out of making beautiful portraits for any occassion. Especially capturing community-based events. My latest project is fine art landscapes in monochrome highlighting shapes and textures found but often not observed.
