Empty Spaces is a project of Vera and Ed Rijks. Loosely based on an assigment of Vera at school, father and daughter documented spaces empty of living creatures. The space itself had to be created by human and should have the ability to be occupied again any minute after the picture. The pictures were taken in the time span of 2011 to 2013. The pictures were made in Europe, the USA and Patagonia.
