Author and photographer Nathan Allred grew up in the rural farming community of West Weber in Northern Utah. At age twelve he became an avid small game hunter, and later an accomplished big game hunter, having now harvested over a dozen big game animals including three Pope & Young trophies. Recently, Nathan has accomplished one of his life's goals of catching every game fish in the state of Utah and now looks forward to harvesting every big game species in North America with his bow. The author is a professional photographer living in Ogden, Utah, and sells commercial stock photography all over the world. He has a passion for the outdoors, photography, and writing.
